This paper is devoted to the actual nowadays problem of technology choosing for the customer satisfaction determining. The sources and methods, which are currently using to determine customer satisfaction have been reviewed, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Two own methods have been proposed and considered: “Voting devise” and “Regular customer card”, their advantages and disadvantages have been presented. It was found, that the proposed methods could help to establish contact with customers and to obtain reliable and detailed information about their satisfaction.
