Summary:	Заглавие с экрана In this paper the model of the extracted electron beam of the TPU microtron developed in the program «Computer Laboratory (PCLab)» are described. The simulation results of the beam profile and shape, and depth dose distribution in the air of the noncollimated and collimated electron beam of the microtron are shown in two variants: with taking into account the internal beam divergence and without taking into account the internal beam divergence.
