We have analyzed the misorientation [ 1 11] FCC single crystals during deformation by compression. The development misorientations considered on the scale of faces of the sample sites to the level of dislocation substructure. It is shown that the accumulation of disorientation at the dislocation subsystems contributes to the accumulation of disorientation at the higher scale levels.
