The problem of "brain drain" is the subject of this article. Attention is given to consequences of intellectual migration for both donor country and recipient country. Existence of intellectual migration puts the relevant question for world community: should we estimate the problem "brain drain" as national problem of donor country solely or as exchange of specialist in a global sense?
