The sparingly soluble in water oxalates of copper, nickel and cobalt were obtained by mixing the solutions of the corresponding sulphates with a solution of ammonium oxalate. At the time of deposition to form crystals acted by ultrasound (44 kHz, 0.15 W/cm2). Depending on the concentration of solutions under the action of ultrasound were received micro -and nanocrystals, which after drying were heated in different environments: in the air were received oxides, in the environment of their own gaseous products of decomposition were received metals with a content of up to 15 mas.% their oxides, in the environment of argon -only metals. The experimental-industrial unit for the production of micro -and nanoparticles powders has been designed on the basis of laboratory researchs. The technological scheme of production was developed.
