| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin films were obtained using a dual magnetron sputtering system. In this report we discuss technological possibilities to use TiO2 thin films as an antireflective coating. The experimental samples were characterized by spectrophotometry and ellipsometry methods. The main result is evaluation optical properties TiO2 thin films at different depositions modes. |
