| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана This paper shows the plasmodynamic synthesis of powders in the system Ti-Si-N at hypersonic jet electric discharge plasma.. Just found that the synthesized powder material are nanodispersed. Phase composition presented cubic titanium nitride (cTiN) and titanium silicide (Ti5Si3). In addition the method of electron diffraction established the presence of gamma-phase silicon nitride (γ-Si3N4). |
