| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана This paper is dedicated to the method of obtaining superhard material furnace-charge by dynamic synthesis in the CMPA with bimetal (copper-titanium) electrode in a nitrogen atmosphere. Copper is introduced as a plasticizer. The resulting powder was subjected to X-ray diffraction analysis. According to transmission electron microscopy, been calculated of particle size distribution. It was found that the resulting material is nanodispersed and consists of three phases of Cu, cTiN and rTiO2. |
