Summary:Заглавие с экрана
The preparation of stable suspensions with the addition of biocompatible surfactants for nanoparticles delivery into the body is of great importance in nanotoxicology. It has been shown that the electrosurface properties of Cu and Zn nanoparticles depend on the concentration and type of ionic surfactants, which were carboxyl group of acetic and citric acids. The method of dynamic light scattering showed the diminution of zeta potential and dispersion of particles while adsorbing citrate ions and the growth of these parameters during the adsorption of acetate ions. The dependence on the surfactant concentration observed for both metals for the citrate groups: while surfactant concentration increased from 20 up to 100 mg / l the absolute value of the zeta potential doubled.
