The structure of the system underwater tow vehicle and software product for the synthesis of the proportional - integral-integral2 controller is offered. Feature of system is existence at object of interval and indefinite parameters. The simulation of transient processes in a system with a submersion underwater tow vehicle and stabilize close to the seabed.
