| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The regularities of plastic flow localization in the low carbon steels are considered. It has been found experimentally that in all the stages of the process, spontaneous localization of deformation occurs in the specimen, with the form of localization being closely related to the acting law of plastic flow of specimens electrolytically saturated with hydrogen. |
