In this paper the problem of recycling of depleted uranium hexafluoride is considered. The purpose of this work is modeling and optimization of recycling process with application of plasma equipment in uranium tetrafluoridefor further conservation. The possibility of such recycling on the basis of thermodynamic modeling is shown. Results of conducted research can be used for designing plasma technology and equipment for reprocessing ofuranium hexafluoride.
