The aim of the work is the research of an effect of grain bending of a different type on a value and a distribution of internal stresses in deformed material. Local internal stresses in a separate grain of a polycrystal are estimated by using of the method of internal stress determination for deformed material. In the each case in a dependence from deformation nature components of elastic deformation and plastic deformation or only plastic deformation are considered. Internal stresses are estimated with using bending extinction contour parameters observed on electron-microscopic images of the deformed material foils. The distribution of the internal stresses in the separate grain is discussed on the example of deformed austenitic steel.
