The results of studies of thin calcium phosphate coatings properties formed by radio frequent magnetron sputtering of a solid target made from hydroxyapatite on the surface of a thermoplastic copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene with vinylidene fluoride. Atomic force microscopy and energy dispersive analysis and optical goniometry showed that formed calcium phosphate coatings significantly alter morphological, electrical, and chemical properties of the initial contact and polymer substrates.
