| الملخص: | Заглавие с экрана Nanocomposite coatings deposited with magnetron sputtering has been studied. These coatings consist of TiC nanocrystallites embedded in an amorphous carbon matrix. The main result of this treatment is increasing of microhardness on titanium substrate more than 5 times. |
