| Summary: | Certification of new type of the power supply for reception of oxide ceramiccoatings by a method of microplazma oxidation is led. Growth rate of Zr-Al-O coatings makes ~ 0.2nm/s that surpasses growth rate of similar coatings on the like equipment in ~10 times.
