Summary:The regularities of particle interpenetration in the composites "steel - copper-lead slurry" and "iron - lead" under electric-pulse and shock treatment are described. We propose a theoretical interpretation of such phenomena on the basis of multilevel approaches of physical mesomechanics and concept of atom-vacancy configurational excitations in highly nonequilibrium systems.
