| Summary: | Заглавие с титульного листа В статье рассматриваются состояние и проблемы аграрного сектора России в условиях новых вызовов и угроз, обосновывается усиление роли государства в его обеспечении. Цель работы: выявить и обосновать приоритетные механизмы государственного воздействия на аграрную сферу экономики, учитывая современную социально-экономическую ситуацию в Российской Федерации. Методы исследования. Исследование основа- но на анализе информации Федеральной службы государственной статистики, нормативно-правовых актов и программных документов, аналитических отчетов и докладов Министерства сельского хозяйства РФ. Систематизация теоретических источников осуществлялась в совокупности с обработкой статистической информации по сельскому развитию, динамике социально-экономических показателей РФ. Результаты. Обоснованы подходы к модификации государственного регулирования развития аграрной сферы экономики через разработку комплекса инструментов аграрной политики, отвечающих требованиям ВТО, позволяющих добиться обеспечения продовольственной безопасности, повышения конкурентоспособности аграрного сектора экономики, доходов сельского населения в новых экономических условиях. The article discusses the condition and problems of Russian agricultural sector in the face of new challengesand threats, the strengthening of the state’s role in its maintenance is also justified. Objective: to identify andjustify the priority mechanisms of state influence on the agrarian sector of the economy to ensure rural developmentin relation to the current socio-economic situation in the Russian Federation. Research methods.The study is based on the analysis of information gathered from the Federal State Statistics Service, legal actsand policy documents, analytical reports and reports of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.Ordering of theoretical sources was carried out in conjunction with the processing of statistical informationon rural development, the dynamics of socio-economic indicators in the Russian Federation. Results.The authors justified the approaches to the modification of state regulation of development of the agrariansector of the economy through the development of a set of agricultural policy instruments that meet the requirementsof the WTO that will ensure food security, improve the competitiveness of the agricultural sector,rural incomes in the new economic conditions. |
