| Summary: | Заглавие с титульного листа Актуальность представленной работы определяется необходимостью исследования благополучия современного человека как системного понятия, связанного с пятью важнейшими аспекта- ми человеческой жизни: профессиональным, социальным, финансовым, физическим и обусловленным средой проживания. Цель работы: обосновать целесообразность рассмотрения вложений в благополучие человека как многосубъектных инвестиций, выгоды от которых распределяются между основными объектами данного процесса и присваиваются его различными субъектами. Особое внимание уделено корпоративным инвестициям в благополучие человека. The relevance of this work lies in the need to study well-being of modern human beings as a systemic conceptrelated to the five most important dimensions of human life: profession, social participation, financial status,physical health and environment. This study aims to substantiate the idea that the welfare costs should be consideredas a multi-actor investment problem, the benefits of which are distributed among the main objects of thisprocess and assign to various actors. Particular attention was paid for corporative investment in human wellbeing.The authors suggest that the financial aspect of human well-being is generated mostly at the corporatelevel. It is both a cause and a consequence of the effects of the other components of the human well-being. Thevolume of corporative investment in human well-being should be linked to the scale of benefits, which is attributableto t organization (estimated, in particular, as part of the profit due to occupational workers). |
