The author explains specifics and possibilities of power`s illusion. The article explains how this phenomenon can influence on human resource management. Moreover consequences of this phenomenon can be absolutely cruel and terrible. Статья исследует иллюзию власти. Иллюзия власти- это способность человека производить впечатление о себе, как о персон со значительным уровнем власти,из-за чего люди начинают ошибаться о ее наличии. Автор объясняет особенности и потенциальные возможности иллюзии власти. Статья поясняет как данный феномен влияет на управление персоналом.
