Summary:	Title screen The paper demonstrates some peculiarities of EurAsEC Customs Union at present, investigates its functioning through the theory of integration. The article analyses the problems present in the CU structure and considers the main principles common to any integration structure. Данная статья демонстрирует некоторые особенности существующего в настоящий момент Таможенного союза ЕврАзЭС, исследует его функционирование на примере теории интеграции. В статье также анализируются проблемы, существующие в структуре Таможенного союза и рассматриваются основные принципы, которые присутствуют в любой интеграционной структуре.
