The paper explains the financial analysis and the enterprise’s assessment of the business. In the first part the author underlines that financial analysis plays an important role in attracting funding and choosing a partnership. In the second part the author concentrates on are problems in the financial condition. designation of problems is the first step to correct the enterprise’s assessment. In conclusion the author calls attention to the fact that the financial analysis and the enterprise’s assessment of the business are very important financial process.
В статье дается определение финансового анализа и оценки предприятия.В первой части автор отмечает, что финансовый анализ играет важную роль в привлечении финансирования и выборе партнерства. Во второй части автор концентрируется на проблемах, которые могут возникнуть в процессе анализа финансового сотстояния. Обозначение проблем является первым шагом для качественной оценки предприятия. В заключение автор обращает внимание на тот факт, что финансовый анализ и оценка предприятия бизнеса являются очень важными процессами.
