В статье дается определение финансового анализа и оценки предприятия.В первой части автор отмечает, что финансовый анализ играет важную роль в привлечении финансирования и выборе партнерства. Во второй части автор концентрируется на проблемах, которые могут возникнуть в процессе анализа финансового сотстояния. Обозначение проблем является первым шагом для качественной оценки предприятия. В заключение автор обращает внимание на тот факт, что финансовый анализ и оценка предприятия бизнеса являются очень важными процессами. |
