It should be noted that formerly unknown person was nominated for the post of head of the country. The article gives valuable information about personal qualities and biography of the new leader of North Korea. The main idea of the article is to attempt to describe the personal and political portrait of North Korean leader and formulate some probability forecasts of its foreign and domestic policy.
