| Summary: | Заглавие с титульного листа Предложено использовать модель компетенций в качестве альтернативного пути построения системы оценки и самооценки научно-педагогических кадров (НПК) вуза. Изложена методика проектирования модели, указаны проблемы, возникающие в процессе ее разработки и применения. Приведен пример проведения процедуры самооценки и построения профиля компетенций. The study analyzes the problem of implementing a competency profile as an alternative way of an assessment and university teachers' self-assessment system development. There the profile design procedure and the problems occurring within the process of its development and implementation are embodied in the study. The examples of a self-assessment procedure and a competency profile design are also given here. |
