| Özet: | Заглавие с титульного листа The basic principles of the system approach to analyzing scientific and innovative activities (SIA) in the technical university are formulated in the paper. To build the system of effective indices of scientific innovative process the authors developed the algorithm of systematization of SIA indicators in terms of morphological research. The types of SIA resources reproduction are elicited in the paper on the example of personnel potential in the technical university. |
