| Sumario: | Заглавие с титульного листа A special system of pedagogical education has been worked out and is successfully developing at the Far Eastern State Technical University. It involves training masters and postgraduates for pedagogical activity as well as improving and perfecting professional competence of the teachers and tutors who have a long experience of teaching activity. The program also provides facilities and conditions for doing research in pedagogic, submitting dissertation thesis devoted to pedagogical problems. The methodology of developing special programs intended for training teachers and based on their individual needs and requirements is being modified regularly. |
