| Summary: | Заглавие с титульного листа The analysis of Russian engineering education conditions was made in this article. It was shown that the main problem of its quality and efficiency increase is connected with universities' inability to react adequately on environment's changes. Principles of transformation a traditional university into an academic innovative university were formed and discussed. The directions of these principles realization were examined; new organisational structure and university management system were offered. |
