Последовательно рассматриваются уровни накопления компонентов в органах и тканях человека и его биосубстратах (волосы, кровь), зольном остатке организма человека, а также природные и техногенные факторы, определяющие накопление химических элементов в человеке. Анализируются особенности перераспределения элементов при наличии патологических состояний (заболевание щитовидной железы и др.). Книга предназначена для широкого круга специалистов естественно-научного и медико-биологического профилей. The monograph is devoted to the geochemistry of elements in a human. So far,it is a unique complex publication containing geochemical investigations of a man.Based on the quantitative estimation through the neutron activation analysis and massspectrometricanalysis with inductive-coupled plasma, the peculiarities of distributionof 26 elements, and in some cases 63 elements of Mendeleev’s table were investigated.First of all, attention is paid to rare, rare-earth and natural radioactive elements. Twelveassays sequentially consider the accumulation levels of components in human organsand tissues and bio-substrates (hair, blood) and in ash residue of human body. Theauthors consider natural and technogenic factors that determine the chemical elementsaccumulation in a man, analyze the peculiarities of elements redistribution by diseasedconditions (thyroid diseases, etc.). “The Essays” is a try to close the gap in knowledgeabout the chemical composition of human beings.This book is designed for specialists of science and biomedical areas: ecologists,geo-chemists, geologists, physicians, as well as for masters and post-graduate studentsof these specializations. |
