Extraction of Water Soluble Matters from Vegetative Raw Material by Electrical Pulsed Discharges

| Résumé: | Экспериментально исследована экстракция растворимых в воде веществ из растительных сырьевых материалов при обработке суспензий импульсными эл. разрядами. Показано, что основными влияющими факторами являются: импульсный ток, протекающий перед разрядом, кавитационные процессы и сильное турбулентное возбуждение обрабатываемой среды. При использовании высоковольтных импульсов микросекундной длительности с энергиями 100-500 Дж протяженность сжимающей фазы составляющих ударной волны равна 6-10 мм, что превышает размер нитей или корпускул обработанного сырьевого материала. Скорость экстракции с использованием предложенного метода в 40-50 раз выше, чем в обычных процессах. Использование эл. импульсных разрядов для экстракции медицинских веществ требует решения проблем нейтрализации оксидов, образующихся в обрабатываемой среде. |
