We conducted research for the production of aluminum nitride substrates by slip casting in the film. The dependences of the viscosity of the composition of the slurry. Mode is selected sintering substrates. The resulting substrate has a relative density of 98.2% and 0.08% water absorption, which can be used in the manufacture of various electronic devices.
