Izvleček:	Заглавие с экрана In this paper some methods for estimating term structure of interest rates were reviewed for the municipal bond market and the sub-federal sector with the credit rating of «BB» on the international scale. Using these methods, it can be concluded about the investment attractiveness of each bond in the sector. Various methods for analyzing bonds were compared. The author makes some conclusions and recommendations for market participant in using of these methods.
