The main object of research study in this paper is an ultradispersed product, which was produced by a high current (of the order of 150 kA) pulse (~ 500 ?s) coaxial magnetoplasma accelerator (CMPA) with graphite electrodes. Supposedly the synthesized powder contains a nanodispersed silicon carbide. This compound has such unique properties as superhardness, thermostability, refractoriness, resistance to radiation influence. Also SiC is a multilayer semiconductor, which can stand high levels of transmission power. The synthesized powder was analyzed by such method as a high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The identification of particles was carried out by measurement of interplanar spaces. The research show that product also includes pure carbonic phases particularly C-Onions.
