The methods of m-clorobenzhydrol synthesis are considered in the work. Comparative analysis of the methods is realized. Optimal way of m-clorobenzhydrol obtaining is chosen. 2-Benzoyl-4-chlorobenzenediazonium tosylate is firstly separated with help of diazotization reaction by polymeric diazotizing agent at room temperature.
