Results of research of a microstructure, phase structure and corrosion properties of titanic samples with the size of grain of 17 microns implanted by ions of aluminum (a dose of radiation 1·1018 ion/cm2) on source Mevva–V.RU are presented. It is established that as a result of radiation it is formed the polyphase implanted layers, on the basis of grains of the ?-titan. Formation of oxide (Ti2O) and intermetallic (Ti3Al) phases was observed. Formation of the ordered phase Ti3Al in the form of layers is observed in volume of grains of the -titan. New implanted titanium samples are characterized by highly corrosion stability and mycrohardness and can be actively used as materials of constructional and medical application.
