| Résumé: | Заглавие с экрана In this work the equipment for hydrogen saturating of samples from the hydrogen plasma is presented. This equipment allows to saturate samples from high–frequency discharge plasma at the temperature of 0° –700° C and pressure ~10-2Torr. Equipment provides clean environment (without intermixtures) for hydrogen saturation. This equipment will be used for making hydrogen accumulators. |
