Sudarshan Maity is presently Deputy Director in the Directorate of Examination, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has over 19 years of administrative experience in various industries. Tarak Nath Sahu is presently Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal, India. He has over 14 years of postgraduate teaching and research experience. His specialization is in finance and financial markets and his research publications are in the area of stock market behavior, corporate finance, corporate governance, investor behavior etc.
