| Summary: | The mechanisms and their contributions caused by mesh and honeycomb dislocation substructures (DSS) have been determined on the example of substructural and solid-dissolution hardening in polycrystalline Cu-Al and Cu-Mn alloys. This substructure determines the mechanical properties of disordered and ordered solid solutions in stage II (linear) strain-hardening. The relative role of different mechanisms in the formation of deformation resistance of alloys at different grain sizes was determined. The role of stacking fault energy(SPE) has been revealed. Not only average scalar dislocation density but also its components: statistically stored dislocations pS and geometrically necessary dislocations pG are considered and determined Текстовый файл AM_Agreement |
