Summary:The article is concerned with the study of content and language integrated learning (CLIL), its principles and implementation in the engineering educational programs, advantages and disadvantages it has for EFL setting. Particular аttеntiоn is paid to the dеscriptiоn of current practices of CLIL at a large public technical university within the course framework «Theory of Inventive Problem Solving» run to Masters students in the English language
В статье рассматриваются интегрированное обучение содержанию и языку (CLIL), его принципы и внедрение в инженерные образовательные программы, преимущества и недостатки. Особое внимание уделяется описанию текущей практики CLIL в крупном государственном техническом университете в рамках курса «Теория решения изобретательских задач», который проводится для магистрантов на английском языке
