The paper deals with the mathematical simulation of separation systems with organic and inorganic ion-exchange resins in flexible manufacturing systems. The main parameters are identified for the effective operation of the separation system. The obtained experimental data and theoretical calculations provide the reduction of expenditures on isotope extraction and underlie a continuous separation process with the appropriate equipment automation and mobility, flexible enrichment of a spectrum of isotopes at minimum equipment changeover
