This paper presents the TCP/NTCP Calculator software, developed in Russia, for determination of optimal dosimetric treatment plans using five patients diagnosed with prostate cancer as an example. The dosimetric planning system was used to create three variants of individual dosimetric plans for each patient using a variety of remote methods of delivering the absorbed dose: three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT) and intensity-modulated radiation therapy with static (IMRT) and rotational (VMAT) irradiation
