| Summary: | Title screen A cost-effective Dy3+-doped borophosphate glass has been developed as a promising scintillator for X-ray imaging. Increasing the Dy2O3.concentration enhanced its luminescence properties, producing strong visible emissions at 482 and 574 nm under UV, X-ray, proton, and electron beam excitation. The optimal performance was obtained at 1.00 mol% Dy2O3, where the glass achieved scintillation efficiencies of 55 % and 57 % relative to the BGO crystal and commercial SG101 glass, respectively. Co-doping with Gd3+ further improved the light yield, with the energy transfer efficiency reaching a maximum of 57 % at 1.50 mol% Dy2O3. Overall, these results demonstrate the strong potential of Dy3+-doped borophosphate glass as a promising scintillator material for advanced X-ray imaging applications Текстовый файл AM_Agreement |
