Riassunto:Оборона Лиепаи, проходившая с 22 по 29 июня 1941 года, стала важным событием начала Великой Отечественной Войны. В условиях стремительного наступления немецких войск советские солдаты и местные жители проявили большой героизм, пытаясь защитить город от захватчиков. Автор пришла к выводу о том, что оборона Лиепаи в начале Великой Отечественной войны внесла важный вклад в будущую победу. Оборона Лиепаи замедлила темпы немецкого наступления, что дало возможность советским войскам организовать более эффективные оборонительные линии и подготовить контрнаступление в будущем
The defense of Liepaja, which took place from 22 to 29 June 1941, was an important event at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. In the face of the rapid advance of German troops, Soviet soldiers and locals showed great heroism in trying to defend the city from the invaders. The author came to the conclusion that the defense of Liepaja at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War made an important contribution to the future victory. The defense of Liepaja slowed down the pace of the German offensive, which allowed the Soviet troops to organize more effective defensive lines and prepare a counteroffensive in the future
