The textbook covers the main types of low-temperature plasma generators, their advantages and disadvantages. It presents the classification and schematic diagram of plasmachemical processes, including methods for preparing and delivering plasma-supporting gases and raw materials in a controlled manner, as well as plasma processing of gaseous, liquid, and solid raw materials, and the preservation, separation, and disposal of the resulting products. The textbook discusses the processes of air-plasma reconversion of uranium hexafluoride depleted in uranium-235 isotope, air-plasma utilization and immobilization of waste from spent nuclear fuel reprocessing and sludge deposits from liquid radioactive waste storage pools, as well as plasmachemical synthesis of fuel oxide compositions for advanced types of dispersion nuclear fuel. The textbook is intended for students enrolled in the program 14.04.02 "Nuclear Science and Technologies", specialization "Isotopic and Radiochemical Technologies" and "Nuclear Materials Security and Nonproliferation"
