Ամփոփում:	Представлен проект учебного идеографического словаря актуальной русской градостроительной терминологии XXI века. Обосновывается необходимость данного словаря, обусловленная недостаточной систематизацией терминоединиц по градостроительству, функционирующих в XXI в., и ограниченностью их лексикографической репрезентации. Излагаются теоретические основы составления словаря, принципы дефинирования, макро- и микроструктура словаря, предложен его фрагмент. Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов The relevance of creating an educational ideographic dictionary of modern urban planning terminology of the Russian language is due to the insufficient systematization of urban planning terminological units functioning in the Russian language of the 21st century; the absence of their lexicographic description in the linguistic aspect. This dictionary is also relevant for educational purposes in the process of training future specialists in architectural and construction educational institutions in the fields of: industrial and civil construction, urban construction and economy, urban development and urban environment; it also contributes to the formation of the "Urban Planning" scientific picture of the world. The work aims to present the project and the fragment of an educational ideographic dictionary of urban planning terminology, to determine the principles of its organization in the form of macro- and microstructure, to demonstrate a fragment of the dictionary. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that after several decades, an attempt was made to thematically represent the terminological apparatus of the professional sphere under study, as well as its linguistic description. In addition, the designed dictionary includes term units that are not recorded in lexicographic sources; the place of professional vocabulary units in the system of language for special purposes is determined. The dictionary is based on terminological dictionaries and encyclopedias, building codes and regulations, urban planning codes, teaching aids, scientific articles, term-fixing texts of urban planning websites and blogs on urban planning topics. The article distinguishes between the concepts of a terminology system and terminology. A terminology system is a set consisting of an ordered set of terms with fixed relationships between them, representing the relationships between the concepts called by these terms. The terminology includes terms and semi-terms (terminoids, pre-terms, quasi-terms) that do not fully meet the requirements of normativity. The project of the ideographic dictionary identifies thematic blocks of terminological units: "Fundamentals of Urban Planning", "Territorial Planning", "Functional Planning Organization of the Territory", etc. The dictionary entry includes: (1) the headword terminological unit, with a stress mark; (2) its grammatical characteristics; (3) etymological reference (for terminological units of foreign origin); (4) characteristics of the terminological unit within the urban planning sphere (term, termoid, preterm, quasi-term); (5) definition; (6) context illustration. The work presents about 50 terminological units, while the project dictionary itself covers more than 400 urban planning terminological units not recorded in authoritative dictionaries.
