This work describes the concept of a measurement method based on mathematical reconstruction of beam profiles obtained by repeated scanning at different angles with a fixed angular step. The proposed approach allows determining the complete distribution of the beam density in the transverse plane and providing continuous monitoring of the charged particle beam parameters in the process of irradiation
