| Izvleček: | Заглавие с экрана В статье рассмотрен подход к отображению результатов моделирования структуры импортозамещения в виде графов распределения выпуска и факторов производства между отраслями и продуктами, предназначенными для вытеснения импорта в условиях усиления внешних шоков. Цель исследования - показать возможности определения значений целевой функции в модели структуры импортозамещения в российской экономике и их отображения в виде распределительных n-дольных графов. Показаны результаты расчета значений целевой функции и подход к определению ее аргументов. Обоснован выбор отраслей для пилотного модельного расчета значений целевой функции структуры импортозамещения, объединенных общими технологическими цепочками производства продукции для внутреннего рынка. Показаны примеры формирования графов распределения долей и объемов выпуска определенных видов продукции выбранных отраслей. Сделаны выводы о перспективности использования целевой функции импортозамещения и отображения ее результатов в виде графов для совершенствования мер структурной политики импортозамещения в российской экономике в условиях нарастания внешних шоков The article considers an approach to displaying the results of modeling the import substitution structure in the form of graphs of distribution of output and production factors between industries and products intended to displace imports under conditions of increasing external shocks. The purpose of the study is to show the possibilities of determining the values of the target function in the model of the import substitution structure in the Russian economy and displaying them in the form of distribution n-partite graphs. The results of calculating the values of the target function and the approach to determining its arguments are shown. The choice of industries for the pilot model calculation of the values of the target function of the import substitution structure, united by common technological chains of production for the domestic market, is substantiated. Examples of the formation of graphs of the distribution of shares and volumes of output of certain types of products of the selected industries are shown. A conclusion is made about the prospects of using the target function of import substitution and displaying its results in the form of graphs to improve the measures of structural policy of import substitution in the Russian economy in the context of increasing external shocks Текстовый файл |
