| 要約: | Заглавие с экрана Ta/Ti3Al(Si)C2-TiC layered composites were fabricated from stacked preceramic papers filled with MAX-phase powder (Ti3Al(Si)C2) Ta and metal foils. The composites were fabricated by spark plasma sintering (SPS) at a temperature of 1250 °C and a pressure of 50 MPa for 5 min. The microstructure and phase composition were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The structure of the composites is represented by metal layers of Ta and ceramic layers separated by reaction layers.
