By applying the method of electron beam additive manufacturing, there were obtained samples of two intermetallic alloys of the Ni-Cr-Al system. In the course of the study, there were studied the features of their microstructure and microhardness. It has been established that the ratio of NiCr and Al components fed in the process of additive manufacturing of intermetallics determines the morphology of the structure of the resulting blanks and their microhardness
