| Resumo: | Заглавие с экрана In this investigation the possibility of making gradient ceramic material made of ceramics with a great difference in coefficient of thermal expansion (CTR) using immersion method. Uniaxial cold pressing, cold plasma treatment, vacuum sintering, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used in the investigation. ZrB2-SiC porous samples were made using uniaxial cold pressing of mechanically activated powders and sintered in vacuum at 1600 o c. For better wettability samples were treated with cold plasma. ZrO2 coating were formed with immersion method by dipping in slurry from made of organic solvent. Samples from slurry were immediately transferred in a vacuum furnace for sintering at 1800 o c with 5 MPa of pressure. As a result, a possibility of forming ZrO2-ZrB2 gradient composite were proved. Formed internal microstresses were measured and investigated with XRD. Текстовый файл |
